3. In placing an order with us, you authorise this Website to process a charge or charges on your Credit/Debit card account in the amount of the total purchase price of your order. Pricing

1. Prices are shown on this Website in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).
    
2. Prices displayed on this Website at the time your order is accepted will be honoured except in the case of obvious error. Whilst we use our best endeavours to ensure that all prices appearing on this Website are accurate, we do not guarantee that they are error-free and reserve our right to rectify any errors. If we discover an error in the price of any products or services that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming or cancelling your order. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.
    
3. If your Credit/Debit card is not denominated in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD), the final price charged in your currency will be calculated by your issuing bank in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction. 
   
   

Payment

1. This Website only accepts payments made by a valid Credit/Debit card (Visa and MasterCard).
    
2. By placing an order using one of the above Credit/Debit cards and also by electing to use online payment methods, you confirm that the Credit/Debit card(s) used is yours or that you have been authorised by the owner of the Credit/Debit card(s) to use it in line with the terms and conditions of using the Credit/Debit card(s) as prescribed by your card issuer. If your card issuer refuses to authorise payment to LBL, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of products or services to you.
    
3. By submitting an order, the customer authorizes this Website to charge the customer's designated credit card based on the total amount of the order.
    
4. We send you an email to confirm the payment has been accepted. Title in the merchandise does not pass to you until payment has been fully received, and risk shall pass to you upon delivery.
    
5. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
6. Items which have been placed in shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
7. If the payment process is not completed and the item is sold out, the checkout will not proceed.
8. We may change at any time the method by which payments for this Website may be effected and such changes may be notified by notice as shown on this Website.
    
9. All orders shall not be cancelled or refund upon payment settlement at this Website.
